Visit any Green Dot® Reload @ the RegisterTM location at well-known retailers.
Your money is available when using Green Dot retailers to load cash onto your prepaid card. You can also send money to anyone from your SurgePaysTM Card.
Withdraw cash
With your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may use your SurgePaysTM Card to obtain cash from any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) or any Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device, as permissible by a merchant bearing the applicable network acceptance mark(s). For a Visa cardholder, look for the Visa®, Interlink®, Plus® or PULSE® Acceptance Mark(s). You’ll need to enter your PIN and choose “Checking” for the account type where applicable.
Even better, avoid ATM fees all together by using your SurgePaysTM Card to get cash back at your local grocery store
To avoid ATM fees, ask for cash back from the cashier when making purchases, such as groceries. Please note, not all stores allow cash back. If you need to get money from an ATM you can reduce the fees you pay by visiting a Surcharge fee-free ATM near you. Log in to your account and click “Find Surcharge Free ATM” at the top of the page.
All cash withdrawal transactions and other transactions performed at ATMs are subject to applicable fees. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the applicable fees.
