To order your personalized SurgePays^TM Visa^® Prepaid Card, you will be required to provide your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. Federal law requires all financial institutions and their third-party affiliates to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. The SurgePaysTM Visa® Prepaid Card is currently not offered to residents of Connecticut and Vermont.

The SurgePays^TM Visa^® Prepaid Card is issued by Central Bank of Kansas City, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. Certain fees, terms and conditions are associated with the approval, maintenance, and use of the Card. You should consult your Cardholder Agreement and Fee Schedule. If you have questions regarding the Card or such fees, terms, and conditions, you can contact us toll-free at 1-833-459-3444, 24 hours a day.

²Faster access to funds is based on comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds is subject to payer’s support of the feature and timing of payer’s funding.

†Ingo Money is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage.
