There is no minimum on the amount you can add to your account; however, there is a daily maximum you can add to your account. The maximum daily limit is $10,000 for Direct Deposit and $1,000 for cash loads, although certain third party money transfer services may have their own daily limits. For cash loads there is also a monthly limit of $5,000.
To order your personalized SurgePaysTM Visa® Prepaid Card, you will be required to provide your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. Federal law requires all financial institutions and their third-party affiliates to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. The SurgePaysTM Visa® Prepaid Card is currently not offered to residents of Connecticut and Vermont.
